Customer Consultant

In this role, you will ensure every interaction is seamless, empathetic, and solution-oriented, making a genuine difference. As the first point of contact you will assist customers with inquiries, deliver clear and effective communication, provide fast and tailored solutions and consistently offer outstanding service. By engaging across multiple communication channels, you’ll provide guidance and clarity to address any issues customers may encounter.

Your duties will include:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist customers by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Guide customers through processes, ensuring they have the necessary resources and clear instructions.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused manner.
  • Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon key performance metrics.

Essential in this role:

  • Experienced in a call centre environment or similar
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Patience and Empathy is your key to success in this role

Key Requirements:

  • 38 hours per week working between Monday- Saturday, anywhere from 7:30am-9:00pm on a rotational roster.
  • Must be able to pass a National Police History Check and 2 Referee Checks
  • Role located in Adelaide CBD
  • Must be able to commit to full time hours on an initial 6-month contract
