Customer Service Representative – North Ryde (Hybrid Working)

3 days from home, 2 days in office upon successful completion of probation.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing enquiries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and support experience for B2B customers.
You’ll assist with order support, delivery tracking, billing enquiries, product or cylinder management, and issue resolution using a case‑management approach that ensures timely, accurate, and proactive communication.
This position offers hybrid working and is based in North Ryde. Shift patterns vary, with start times ranging from 6:00am to 11:30am.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer cases end‑to‑end, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Handle enquiries via phone, email and ChatBot with professionalism and empathy
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records, process adjustments, and follow compliance requirements
- Escalate risks or opportunities to relevant teams and promote digital self‑service options
- Contribute to process improvements and explore automation opportunities
Experience
- 1–2 years in customer service or call centre environments
- Experience handling escalations or complex enquiries
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft 365 is an advantage
