Order Management Specialist
Household name appliance distributor is looking for a order management specialist to join their team.
Working in a team of 4 you will:
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support to retailers and internal teams via phone and email
- Process and manage customer orders accurately in SAP across all channels
- Monitor and resolve order issues, including stock, delivery and pricing enquiries
- Communicate proactively with retailers, sales, warehouse and internal stakeholders
- Ensure high service levels through accurate reporting, compliance and team support
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced order processing or order management role
- Strong SAP skills with accurate, high‑volume order and data processing capability
- Advanced multitasking with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including reports and pivot tables
- Highly proactive, detail‑focused team player with strong communication skills
