This role presents an exciting opportunity to deliver expert advice and support to our client's valued customers and business partners. Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, you’ll step into the dynamic world of Lending, surrounded by a supportive and collaborative team. This position offers exceptional opportunities for growth and progression. * Fully onsite role in Melbourne CBD * Permanent full-time position, rotating roster between 8am-8pm

What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer and business partner enquiries via telephone, email, and webchat.
  • Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Adhere to policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.



What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment is desired, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels including telephone, email, and webchat.
  • Ability to adhere to shift schedules and task rosters.
  • Proficiency in producing high-quality customer correspondence within agreed service levels.
  • Experience in resolving customer complaints or escalating them as necessary.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement activities.
