Customer Service Officer
Are you passionate about customer service and eager to make a difference? Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join their vibrant team at the Sunshine Head Office. Location: Sunshine Head Office Reports to: Team Leader Customer Service Working Hours:8:30am – 5pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm (rotating)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over the phone, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Process orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in item codes and product selection.
- Offer suitable alternatives for out-of-stock items and promote slow-moving products.
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Provide timely delivery information and promote the self-service ordering portal.
- Assist the sales team with quotes, administrative tasks, and order updates.
- Make outbound calls to encourage customer reorders and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
- Prepare customer quotes and manage goods returns and credits in line with company policies.
Skills & Experience:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Proficiency with computers and experience handling large product ranges.
- Strong negotiation and complaint handling skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
