Customer Service Officer

Location: Sunshine Head Office Reports to: Team Leader Customer Service Working Hours:8:30am – 5pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm (rotating)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers over the phone, delivering exceptional service and support.
• Process orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in item codes and product selection.
• Offer suitable alternatives for out-of-stock items and promote slow-moving products.
• Upsell products to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Provide timely delivery information and promote the self-service ordering portal.
• Assist the sales team with quotes, administrative tasks, and order updates.
• Make outbound calls to encourage customer reorders and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare customer quotes and manage goods returns and credits in line with company policies.

Skills & Experience:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Proficiency with computers and experience handling large product ranges.
• Strong negotiation and complaint handling skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
