The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced service environment, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction. In this position you will have the chance to lead a valet and customer service team, manage multiple tasks, and contribute significantly to the company's success.

• $90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation
• On-site, based in Tullamarine

As an Operations Supervisor, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Operatons Manager in overseeing daily operations. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and according to established standards. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing any operational issues that arise. You will also play a significant role in sales and service delivery, actively participating in selling and up-selling services and products. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be reflected in your ability to monitor service delivery against company standards.

What you will do:

• Support the implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets company standards.
• Supervise the team, providing direction, support, and motivation.
• Accept accountability for the performance of the team.
• Address operational challenges using initiative and problem-solving skills.

What you will bring:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a face-to-face, service position.
• A valid full Victorian drivers licence
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with the capability to develop effective solutions quickly.
• Experience managing teams of 5 and above.
