Following the recent acquisition of Hollis Scott, a trusted name in the Australian market for over 30 years, Steinbach & Vollmann are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to drive operations, sales, and client management from their Brisbane base. This strategic role offers significant career growth opportunities as part of a global organisation committed to innovation and excellence.

About the Role:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Australian business, including:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with global standards.
  • Driving sales growth by building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Managing key accounts across high-security applications and critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Leading and mentoring a small but dedicated team to achieve operational and sales targets.
  • Collaborating with global leadership to implement strategic initiatives and support long-term growth objectives.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of operational expertise, sales acumen, and exceptional client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all branch operations, ensuring smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within Australia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various industries, including critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure profitability.
  • Represent Steinbach & Vollmann’s brand values of quality, reliability, and innovation in all interactions.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within operations or sales (experience in security hardware/locking systems is highly desirable).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
