Our client, a large Federal Government organisation, is seeking an APS4 Central Print Labour Hire Project Officer to join their team. This role presents an opportunity to be part of a significant project that will have a substantial impact on the Australian community.

What you'll do:

As an APS4 Central Print Labour Hire Project Officer, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of a significant project. Your duties will be to:

  • Support Senior Project Officer(s) and Assistant Director(s) in the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs (PVP) during an election.
  • This role will involve staff to perform quality assurance tasks onsite at the AEC’s printing and mail house service provider in Melbourne or Sydney.
  • Ensure that postal votes meet certain standards of quality to maintain the agencies reoutation and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that all AEC materials are properly secured or disposed of in compliance with policy and stakeholder instruction and noting issues that arise throughout the course of your work onsite

What you bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills will be required.
  • Clear and consistent communication skills both written and verbal are required.
  • Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
