A06 Senior Executive Officer
A highly respected organisation based in Brisbane CBD are seeking two Senior Executive Officers to join their team. This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders, providing essential support and guidance across a range of internal initiatives. You will be at the heart of policy development, stakeholder engagement, and project management, making a meaningful impact on the organisation’s direction and success.
What you'll do:
- You will prepare high-level briefing notes and committee papers that inform key decisions within the organisation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all documentation.
- You will coordinate meetings on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer, managing schedules, agendas, and follow-up actions to facilitate effective communication.
- You will develop presentations for executive audiences, translating complex information into accessible formats that support strategic objectives.
- You will manage internal projects from inception through completion, collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver successful outcomes.
- You will provide comprehensive executive support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and confidential administrative tasks.
- You will engage with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level, building relationships that foster trust and cooperation.
- You will monitor progress on various initiatives, reporting regularly to senior management on milestones achieved and areas requiring attention.
- You will ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in all aspects of your work.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency or effectiveness within your remit.
