Manager People and Capability
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Manager of People and Capability to lead the implementation of new Human Resource strategies, policies, and processes. This role will be instrumental in supporting the workforce transition as they implement the operation of a new scheme. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of the organisation by identifying skill gaps, developing effective workforce strategies, and fostering a psychosocially safe workplace.
What you'll do:
As a Manager People and Capability, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will lead the implementation of new Human Resource strategies, policies, and processes that align with their strategic plan. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting the workforce transition as they implement the operation of a new scheme. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing a cultural change management process to support existing and new staff.
- Lead the implementation of the workforce strategy to identify current and future workforce requirements
- Design and implement a cultural change management process to support existing and new staff
- Provide clear, authoritative, timely and accurate advice on a range of people and capability matters
- Proactively identify improvements and opportunities to integrate knowledge, skills, and abilities of internal and external staff
- Lead and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and support to new starters and their managers
