Our client is seeking a highly skilled ER/IR Principal Project Officer to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:

As an ER/IR Principal Project Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of key people and culture project initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in interpreting relevant legislation and industrial instruments, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and union representatives, and providing insightful advice to senior management. Your ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies will be crucial for this role. Furthermore, your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders, driving innovative solutions and facilitating effective communication.

  • Manage the on-time delivery of projects, focusing on work value reviews required under the Certified Agreement.
  • Negotiate with employee representative bodies and manage grievances and disputes.
  • Provide high-level advice to senior management on a range of issues impacting program initiatives.
  • Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimise program delivery.
  • Prepare complex reports related to program strategy, performance, and delivery.

The ideal candidate for the ER/IR Principal Project Officer role brings a wealth of knowledge in project management methodologies. Your experience in interpreting relevant legislation and industrial instruments will be invaluable in this role.
