Manager, Immigration & Global Mobility (6‑Month Contract)

Location: G12 Services Building, Darlington Campus Faculty/Unit: HR

We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Immigration & Global Mobility with a strong immigration and visa advisory focus. While the role includes mobility program oversight, the immediate priority is delivering high‑level immigration expertise, compliance guidance, and end‑to‑end visa management across a complex organisation.

Key Details

• Contract: 6 months

• Start: July (earlier possible depending on incumbent’s leave)

• Rate: Minimum EA‑equivalent $106.96/hr; budgeted at $1000/day + super (market‑aligned)

• Hours: 38 per week

• Work Model: Hybrid — Wednesdays on campus

What You’ll Bring

• Deep expertise in immigration legislation, visa pathways, and compliance

• Ability to manage complex immigration caseloads and provide authoritative advice

• Experience in global mobility programs (desirable but secondary)

• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving capability
