Information Technology /Legal Support Officer

Looking experienced Information Technology /Legal Support Officers (APS3) For a temporary full-time position with a Federal Government client in Sydney. This role is for a 6-month period, with the possibility of further extension.

Responsibilities include providing local and remote ICT support within a team of ICT service desk professionals.

Baseline security clearance to be obtained within 12 weeks of commencement

  • Information Technology /Legal Support Officer (APS3)
  • $40-50 PER Hour, Federal Government
  • Sydney (On-site)
  • 6 Month engagement (extensions)

Business

  • Liaise with internal/external clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Advise clients and management on practice group issues.
  • Promote ethical behaviour and a safe work environment aligned with APS values.
  • Coordinate programs, projects, or initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investigative agencies, courts, and stakeholders.

Leadership

  • Guide, coach, and direct staff on administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to teamwork plan development and delivery.
  • Support APS objectives.

Specialist/Technical

  • Provide technical advice to staff and senior management.
  • Develop briefings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Oversee work scheduling, prioritisation, and allocation.
