What you'll do:
As a Senior Trainer in Legislation, your role will be pivotal in driving business improvement within the organisation. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering comprehensive legislative training programs that build capability across the organisation. Your collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with division staff and business areas, identifying legislative training needs and ensuring the technical accuracy of all training content. Your proactive nature will see you constantly researching and updating your knowledge of relevant laws. Your contribution will not only enhance team development but also foster a positive culture that aligns with the organisation's objectives.
- Develop, maintain and deliver training courses and sessions on legislation administered by the organisation
- Work collaboratively with division staff and business areas to identify legislative training needs
- Ensure technical accuracy and relevance of legislative training content
- Provide advice to management about legislative training needs
- Work collaboratively with learning and development teams to provide a holistic approach to training
- Actively support and guide managers who provide on-the-job training to staff
- Proactively research and maintain a working knowledge of law relevant to legislation administered by the organisation
- Actively contribute to team development and build a positive culture that supports division objectives
