Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with colleagues across different units as well as engaging with external stakeholders to ensure that all perspectives are considered in policy formulation. You will be responsible for drafting high-quality documentation that supports clear communication throughout the organisation. Success in this position requires you to manage multiple projects efficiently while balancing competing priorities. Your ability to organise information systematically will help streamline processes and reduce duplication of effort. By reporting on project progress and identifying risks early, you will contribute significantly to achieving positive outcomes for both staff and service users. Additionally, your commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture will help create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

- Draft clear, concise, and high-quality documents such as operational policies, submissions, proposals, reports, fact sheets, and communiques tailored for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with colleagues across various units as well as external government entities to provide insightful policy advice that considers potential impacts on operations.
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that support the effective implementation of new policies while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage multiple policy projects simultaneously by setting priorities that reflect the importance of each responsibility and delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- Report regularly on project status to identify risks or issues early and ensure successful completion of key initiatives.
