What you'll do:
As an APS2 Project Officer, you will play an integral role in supporting the overseas voting team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing postal votes for overseas shipment, ensuring accuracy in all tasks through your strong attention to detail and sound command of English. You'll be working within a high-performing team, contributing towards achieving project goals.
- Support the overseas voting team in dispatching Postal Vote Packs (PVP) from Sydney to electors overseas.
- Prepare postal votes for overseas shipment by attaching labels to courier envelopes and packing envelopes.
- Ensure shipping details on courier envelope match the details on the PVP through your strong attention to detail.
- Utilise your sound command of English and numeracy skills in all tasks.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.
- Maintain high standards of work and adhere to organisational guidelines.
What you bring:
The ideal APS2 Project Officer will bring a sound command of English, sound numeracy skills, and attention to detail. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential. You should be able to work effectively within a team and demonstrate commitment towards achieving project goals.
