Our client, a large Federal Government organisation, is seeking Project Officers to join their team. This role presents an opportunity to be part of a significant project that will have a substantial impact on the Australian community. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting other Senior Project Officers and Assistant Directors in the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs during an election.

What you'll do:

As an APS6 Senior Project Officer - Print, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of a significant project. You'll be tasked with leading support efforts for other Senior Project Officers and Assistant Directors, particularly in the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs during an election. Your keen eye for detail will be put to good use as you perform quality assurance tasks onsite at our client's printing and mail house service provider.

  • Lead in supporting other Senior Project Officers and Assistant Directors in the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs during an election.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks onsite at the printing and mail house service provider.
  • Ensure postal votes meet certain standards of quality to maintain reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all materials are properly secured or disposed of in compliance with policy and stakeholder instruction.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently both in writing and verbally.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
