Our client, a large Federal Government organisation, is seeking Project Officers to join their team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to be part of a significant project that will have a substantial impact on the Australian community.

What you'll do:

As an APS6 Senior Project Officer - Training Assurance, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's significant projects. Your ability to make informed decisions using your expertise and knowledge will be crucial in driving these projects forward. You'll also play a key role in monitoring and evaluating project activities, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to the design and identification of project components and timelines.
  • Undertake project activities ensuring tasks are delivered on time and meet end user needs.
  • Prepare briefs and other content for consideration by senior staff.
  • Update and maintain records relating to the progress and outcomes of reportable items.
  • Manage delivery activities in accordance with individual accountabilities and responsibilities.
  • Make decisions using good judgement, expertise and knowledge, governed by legislation, regulations, best practice principles or relevant operating instructions and procedures.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of project activities, including identification and implementation of process improvements.
