What you'll do:

- Propose evidence-based improvements to existing maintenance programmes by conducting thorough evaluations and leveraging data analysis insights.
- Create robust methodologies for allocating maintenance funding to educational facilities, ensuring resources are distributed effectively and equitably.
- Establish clear business rules and performance indicators to manage productive relationships with service delivery partners such as QBuild.
- Lead a small but highly skilled team focused on long-term planning initiatives and the development of a forward pipeline of maintenance work.
- Analyse complex data sets from the Asset Life Cycle Assessment process to inform strategic investment decisions over the long term.
- Produce detailed reports tailored for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, that communicate findings clearly and support decision-making.
- Provide strategic advice on asset maintenance policies to facilitate lifecycle planning and optimise facility outcomes.
