Business Improvement Project Manager - Automation

Business Improvement is a specialist team within DTF focused on enhancing how the department works and delivers services, with the goal of increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer value.
About the Role
As the Business Improvement Project Manager – Automation, you will lead a major, agency-wide program of automation projects, with a focus on removing repetitive manual data-entry tasks and driving digital transformation across all DTF branches. In addition, the Project Manager – Automation will contribute to the delivery of other Business Improvement initiatives as required.
About You
- Very high level of discipline knowledge in business improvement, automation, and program management
- Demonstrated experience in leading major programs or projects of critical importance to an agency, including procurement and vendor management
- Proven ability to exercise significant independent judgement, delegated authority, and original thinking.
- Detailed knowledge of government policies and procedures, and their application in relation to agency operations
