Product Manager - Digital
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of a next-generation digital procurement marketplace. This platform aims to simplify and accelerate procurement processes for government and industry users.
As Product Manager, you will define and execute the product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure delivery of customer value. You will work closely with stakeholders and an agile multidisciplinary team to design improvements, prioritise requirements, and champion product management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clear product strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Oversee the product and services portfolio to ensure user satisfaction and value delivery
- Prioritise requirements, manage the product backlog, and own the roadmap
- Analyse market trends, user feedback, and data to inform design decisions
- Create and implement a product lifecycle management framework
- Advocate for product management principles and identify new opportunities for innovation
Essential Criteria
- Baseline clearance
- Ability to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across public and private sectors
- Proven experience creating and executing a strategic vision for digital products
- Strong focus on user needs while balancing policy objectives
- Ability to deliver at pace and manage risk effectively
Desirable
- Knowledge of procurement and contracting processes in a government context
- Experience with ServiceNow platform development
Working Arrangement
