APS4 Travel Cell Support

What you'll do:

As an APS4 Travel Cell Support, you will play a crucial role in undertaking project activities, ensuring all tasks are delivered promptly. You will provide essential phone and administrative support, managing changes to travel bookings efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include preparing booking requests and conducting quality assurance on itineraries received. You'll accurately record information in various IT systems, supporting the identification and tracking of issues and trends.

• Undertake project activities ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
• Provide phone and administrative support in managing changes to travel bookings.
• Prepare booking requests and complete quality assurance on itineraries received.
• Accurately record information in various IT systems for tracking issues and trends.
• Make decisions within defined boundaries using provided training and instructions.
• Take ownership and manage issues through to resolution, escalating when required.
