Principal Business Analyst - Automation

Business Improvement is a specialist team within DTF focused on enhancing how the department works and delivers services, with the goal of increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer value.
About the Role
As the Principal Business Analyst – Automation, you will help drive a major department-wide program of automation and process improvement over a two-year horizon. Operating under broad direction, the Principal Business Analyst – Automation is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation opportunities across all DTF branches, in alignment with corporate objectives and government policy. In addition, the Principal Business Analyst will participate in delivery of other Business Improvement initiatives as and when required.
About You
- Extensive experience in delivering large-scale automation or transformation programs
- A high-level knowledge of business process improvement and automation technologies
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgement, strategic thinking, and original problem-solving
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Analysis, including process mapping, business requirements documentation and process improvement methodologies
