Due to a resignation, the position of Capital Projects Engineer became available. The Capital Project Engineer is part of the national Tip Top engineering team and responsible for the identification, planning and delivery of capex projects. The successful candidate needed experience in managing multiple projects at once, as well as influencing site based staff to ensure production was maintained and enhanced.

Within 10 days of the online advertising solution being executed, Robert Walters presented a shortlist of four candidates to Tip Top, with two selected for second round interviews.
