This role will partner with HR leaders and other business leaders across the organisation to ensure the successful implementation of strategic and tactical HR initiatives.
This leading financial institution is looking for a talented HR Project/Change Leader to support the successful delivery of a strategic change agenda for a number of HR projects.
The purpose of this role is to develop a change management strategy to drive faster adoption and higher proficiency related to the changes impacting stakeholders, leaders and employees that are tied to achieving desired business outcomes.
Develop an change management strategy based on awareness of the details of the change and the groups impacted by the change:
- Ensure the communication of all changes is delivered and effective to all relevant audiences:
Develop and deliver a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, career development and coaching plans:
Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors/advocates:
Mentor and coach direct reports focusing on improved capability.
Relevant tertiary qualification;
In depth experience leading and delivering change activities;
The ability to build relationships with executive stake-holders within the business;
The ability to confidently question information and use insights obtained to understand situations.
