This leading financial institution is looking for a talented HR Project/Change Leader to support the successful delivery of strategic change agenda for a number of transformation projects. The purpose of this role is to develop a change management strategy to drive faster adoption and higher proficiency related to the changes impacting stakeholders, leaders and employees that are tied to achieving desired business outcomes.
Develop an organisational change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups impacted by the change.
- Ensure the communication of all changes is delivered and effective to all relevant audiences
Develop and deliver a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, career development and coaching plans
Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors/advocates
Mentor and coach direct reports focussing on improved capability
A Bachelor degree in Business or similar discipline
In depth experience leading change activities
The clear ability to build relationships with executive stake-holders within the business

Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Learns quickly when facing new problems
Can be counted on to exceed goals.
Has the ability to confidently question information and use insights obtained to understand situations
