  • HR Digital Transformation Manager position at one of the top global financial institutions in the world
  • Head up a national digital transformation project in the HR space implementing their HCM system.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources and the Global Project Team.

Play a leading role in an exciting HR project with one of the top global financial institutions. Manage an Australian based HCM implementation with support from the Australian HR Team as well as the Projects Team. Gain global exposure as you liaise with the global arm of the business guiding the Australian HCM requirements and implementation.

This candidate needs to have the Ability to; develop and maintain strategic guidance in the implementation of the HCM System, identify the Australian need/requirements and report them to the Global Project Team, lead a team environment to plan, implement and test releases and changes to the HCM system, effectively identify risk, and effective involvement in planning and implementation activities.

  • Lead system configuration and testing
  • Support and guide the preparation and execution of test scripts and process mapping
  • Continuously seek to understand and improve the HRIS user experience by gathering feedback from users, query types, problem solving and pro-activity identifying opportunities to improving business processes.
  • Support in developing and maintain user guides
  • Work closely with the Head of HR and Global Project team to understand system efficiencies and fixes
  • Provide associated training/support to staff following platform change

Minimum Requirements:

  • HRIS implementation experience
  • 3-5 years project implementation experience
  • Hands on and positive working attitude
  • Resourceful, meticulous, detail- oriented, confident and must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle as an HRIS is advantageous
