Our client is seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to design and execute change management strategies that align with their corporate vision. This role offers the opportunity to coach project delivery colleagues, lead complex projects, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency of changes that lead to achieving desired results and outcomes.

What you'll do:

As a Change Manager, your role will be pivotal in designing and executing change management strategies using both agile and waterfall delivery approaches. You will identify key stakeholders and manage them effectively to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in developing change strategies will drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency of changes that lead to achieving desired results. You will also mentor, coach, and advise project delivery colleagues on how to design and deliver effective change management plans.

  • Ensure high-quality communication, appropriate training interventions, and reliable processes support positive outcomes
  • Apply a structured approach and method to all projects
  • Contribute to ensuring that the change management approach meets the needs of the organisation
  • Mentor, coach and advise project delivery colleagues on how to design and deliver change management plans

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Change Manager position brings a wealth of experience in change management roles. With at least 5 years' experience in communications, HR or learning & development roles, you have demonstrable skills in change management and delivery. Your ability to deliver projects using agile methodologies sets you apart from others. Your tertiary education in a relevant field coupled with additional qualifications in change management further strengthens your candidacy.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a change management role
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a communications, HR or a learning and development role
  • Demonstrable skills in change management and delivery
  • Experience in delivering projects using agile
