Join our client in North Sydney for a 3-month contract as a Remuneration and Benefits Advisor. You will drive and ensure the smooth execution of remuneration, benefit, and reporting activities, supporting annual review processes and Oracle HCM implementation within legislative guidelines.

Overview:

Our client, a leading construction company with operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea, is seeking a skilled Remuneration and Benefits Advisor to join their team in North Sydney on a temporary 3-month contract. This role is crucial in driving and ensuring the smooth execution of remuneration, benefit, and reporting operational activities, aligned with legislative, regulatory, and policy guidelines.

Location: North Sydney


Duration: 3-month contract (temporary assignment)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the execution of remuneration, benefit, and reporting operational activities, ensuring compliance with legislative and company policies.
  • Support and facilitate annual review processes, including salary, bonus, and performance review cycles.
  • Implement and manage the Oracle HCM Performance and Remuneration module, ensuring accurate and efficient system utilisation.
  • Resolve pay disputes and inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Manage HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in line with current legislation and company practices.
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives and HR leaders, providing expert advice on performance, remuneration, and benefits.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a senior specialist in a remuneration or HRIS environment, with a solid understanding of remuneration principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • High-level influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
