Join a transformative organisation dedicated to enhancing healthcare and helping people lead longer, healthier, and happier lives. Our client are seeking an experienced Performance and Reward Lead to support a vital part of their Melbourne team. In this role, you'll collaborate with the People Team, providing strategic support to Line Management across the APAC region, while leveraging your expertise to develop and implement Reward and Benefits solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Performance & Reward Lead, you will play a critical role in the success of their People Team:

  • Lead the delivery of recommendations and solutions related to Remuneration and Benefits.
  • Contribute to the effective governance of the global job family framework.
  • Oversee annual salary survey data contributions and reporting for designated survey partners.
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Performance and Reward.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Experience in administering HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Proven reporting experience within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong systems, process, and reporting capabilities in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and service delivery skills.
  • Proficient data collection skills, with the ability to transform information into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands while maintaining a client-focused approach.
