Reward Evaluator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Rewards Evaluator to join a global health insurance organisation on a 3-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating job descriptions to ensure alignment with our organization's job architecture, grading framework, and compensation philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyse job descriptions for clarity, consistency, and appropriate classification
• Evaluate jobs against our internal grading framework and external market benchmarks
• Provide recommendations on job levelling, titling, and compensation band placement
• Support HR in maintaining accurate job data and job architecture documentation
• Partner with key stakeholders to address discrepancies and provide guidance on rewards practices


Ideal Background:
• Proven experience in job evaluation, compensation analysis, or HR/rewards consulting
• Strong understanding of job frameworks and compensation structures (e.g., Hay, Mercer, or similar methodologies)
• Attention to detail with the ability to interpret and synthesise complex job information
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight time lines
• Experience with HR IS and job architecture systems
• Prior exposure to global compensation practices
