Working for a Luxury Retail brand, this role will be working closely with the HR Manager on all things HR. You will be supporting the HR function with HR activities in an administration, coordination and assistance front. A truly fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or excel their career in HR.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Management of the HR database and employee records
- Assistance with recruitment functions
- Working to on-board, induct and train new staff members
- Update HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with the coordination of performance and probationary reviews
- Working closely with the team to maintain and excel WHS
Skills & Experience:
- Currently studying or recently graduated University with a HR (or similar) degree
- Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Seeking someone who is proactive, uses initiative and is keen to learn
- Capability to use systems / Microsoft Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise time
