Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract, providing vital support across a range of HR functions. * $40 per hour + Super * Flexible working * Hybrid Flexible working

Join a Leading Global Health Insurance Company as an HR Administrator!

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and contributing to the success of a dynamic and fast-paced HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and prepare employee documentation (contracts, letters, on boarding packs, etc.)
  • Coordinate HR processes such as on boarding, off boarding, and internal movements
  • Answer and escalate HR-related queries from employees and managers
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance efforts
  • Use Workday to manage employee data, process transactions, and support reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc HR administrative tasks as needed

Key Experience to be successful:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Hands-on experience using Workday (or similar HRIS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive and approachable attitude

  • Competitive hourly rate of $40/hr + Super
  • Immediate start with potential to extend
  • 3 month contract
