An exceptional opportunity to join a leading national design and architecture firm as an HR Coordinator on a 3-month contract in Melbourne. We're looking for someone who's ready to jump in and help drive a major performance review rollout, partnering with key stakeholders across their studios nationally.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate the end-to-end performance review cycle across junior, mid-level, and senior employees.
• Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of approximately 140 performance reviews.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain review documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Support the development of HR frameworks, including competency models and performance tools.
• Assist in embedding structured performance management processes across the organisation.
• Coordinate logistics for leadership appraisals and key HR initiatives.
• Provide operational support across broader people programs and employee lifecycle activities.
• Track participation metrics and analyse data to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or people operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and data.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting performance review cycles or HR programs (preferred).
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
