This not for profit organisation are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed term contract until June. Work in these brand new offices based in Melbourne's South East. This position will require an HR Advisor with extensive experience in Employee Relations. Join this business at an exciting time as they go through an acquisition.
The HR Advisor will support the acquired companies employees, as they convert across to this business.
- Provide generalist HR advice to new employees
- Manage employee relationships
- Review existing contracts
- Work alongside project team
- Manage queries acquisition related
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Experience within ER
- Knowledge of Australian HR legislation
- Intermediate to advanced in MS Office suite
