About the role

An exciting temp to perm opportunity for a senior HR Business Partner looking to join an established business in proximity to Sydney’s CBD. In this generalist role you will be a driver of change through building strong stakeholder relationships, organisational development and planning, people strategy and your ability to influence leaders in the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic development and change across the business
• Develop strong business relationship with senior stakeholders within the business
• Coach and advise business managers
• Influence business decision-makers to identify and address HR issues
• Drive initiatives to increase employee engagement
• Advocate corporate values

Skill & experience

• 5 years HR Business Partner experience
• Strategic approach
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing ability
• Strong understanding of IR and working with EBA’s
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• HR degree or related discipline
• Suitable applicant must be immediately available for an ongoing temporary contract

The opportunity would suit a motivated HR Business Partner who can operate at a highly strategic level but also willing to take a hands on approach. You will be working in a supportive environment within an established HR team reporting to the HR Manager.
