The Role:

Rivet Energy are growing and are seeking a HR Coordinator to support their East Coast offices with generalist HR and recruitment. Reporting to the GM of HR, you will be guided and supported to support with HR activities including Award /EBA interpretation and ER matters. Manage recruitment activities (peak periods) across their 3 locations.

Rivet Group believe in developing their people and this role is a fantastic opportunity for a HR/recruitment coordinator eager to stretch themselves and develop generalist HR advisory skills.

This role will mostly work from the Camberwell office, as well as travel to the Dandenong & Tullamarine offices.

Day to day:

• First point of contact for all HR enquiries and requests
• End to end recruitment for white and blue collar roles for the East Coast businesses
• Support and coach managers throughout ER processes (including performance management and grievances)
• Engage with internal managers to proactively support them with future workforce planning and HR initiatives

What you will bring:

• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Organisation skills and ability to juggle a variety of tasks
• A relevant tertiary qualification (HR or related discipline)
• Experience within a HR or recruitment coordination/related role
