This role will be working with the Human Resource Division and will be reporting into Deputy Chief Human Resource Officer.
The aim of this role is to:
• Establish and maintain key client relationships through development of in-depth knowledge of client's business context and objectives and related people management challenges.
• Work closely with the broader HR division to identify, plan and implement HR solutions that meet client priorities and align with organisational HR strategies.
• Provide strong, generalist and strategic HR expertise, advice, and services as a senior member of a seamless and client focused HR team.

You will be responsible for talent acquisition services, collaborating with stakeholders, managing candidate pools, providing advisory support, ensuring compliance, analysing data, and promoting an inclusive work environment. Required skill sets encompass at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong communication, influencing, conflict management, organisational abilities, and adaptability in learning talent acquisition and ticketing systems.
