Senior HR Business Partner

Exciting permanent and contract opportunities for generalist HR Business Partners to work for an industry leading higher education provider. This position offers an attractive salary, flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to join a fantastic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct, advise and guide managers and leaders on effective operational implementation of policies and procedures
  • Advise managers on performance management and talent management strategies ensuring compliance with the EA and legislative requirements
  • Contribute to and implement a range of HR projects, plans and tools
  • Collaborate with the HR team and manager to provide quality information and data analysis to provide insights and comprehensive reports for continuous improvements

Key Requirements:

  • HR qualification
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner position
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with the team and managers
