An Australian Bank is looking for a HR Coordinator to come in and join the team. This is a perm role, based in the CBD on a hybrid working model.

Join a dynamic Australian Bank as a HR Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at the organisation. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the People & Culture (P&C) operations, supporting the HR Operations Manager across a variety of key functions.

Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the client's market presence and attract top talent.
- Manage recruitment activities, ensuring the right fit for each role within the head office and branches.
- Oversee the Bank’s careers email inbox, engaging with potential candidates and promoting our company values.
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process, maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and employee records.
- Handle visa-related documentation and follow-ups, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Efficiently extract and manage new employee paperwork from the ELMO system.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding processes, creating a welcoming environment for new hires.
- Assist in the performance management cycle, providing support for appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Generate necessary employee correspondence, including offer letters and employment agreements, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly P&C reports and handle other administrative tasks as needed.

Job requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in a P&C function
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge and understanding People & Culture best practice
- Hands on experience working with a RMS and L&D systems
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and research skills with an attention to detail in reports,
HR documents
- Strong consulting, negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills
