A rare vacancy has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a global HR team, overseeing HR operations across the APAC region. This role is based in Adelaide's CBD and will involve supporting a local workforce across multiple locations. You will have the chance to streamline processes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute to a variety of HR projects. What you will do:

As Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team across APAC region. You'll be responsible for overseeing HR operations across multiple locations, managing recruitment processes, administering onboarding and inductions for new employees, maintaining our HR management system, handling employee relations matters, administering employee benefits, assisting in organising employee events and communications, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements, project managing various HR projects. Your ability to handle confidential information professionally will be crucial in this role.


Key responsibilities:

Oversee HR operations for offices across Australia
Review and streamline processing while ensuring compliance with local regulations
Manage full life cycle recruitment
Administer onboarding and inductions for new employees
Maintain the HR management system and confidential documentation
Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary action
Administer and oversee employee benefits
Assist in organising employee events and communications
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Project manage a wide variety of HR projects


Key requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3-5 years' experience within a similar role and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills make you a natural at building relationships, and your ability to work independently means you can handle confidential and non-routine information professionally. You're comfortable interacting with executives and have strong communication skills, both written and oral. Your organisational skills allow you to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, and you pay close attention to quality, details, and correctness.
