ChemSupply Australia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage the overall provision of HR and Injury Management services. A rare and exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performance culture and the continued development of a superior workforce.
As a Human Resources Manager at ChemSupply Australia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with the business goals, supporting the business functions through engagement initiatives, and leading recruitment processes. Additionally, your role will involve overseeing effective injury management, and managing contract labour services.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy
Support business needs through the development and engagement of human resources
Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Lead and manage the recruitment, selection and induction process
Assist managers to identify strategies and opportunities to forecast workforce needs
Oversee effective injury management and the continuation of return to work strategies
Build meaningful relationships across the organisation and leadership team
Key requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience in a similar human resources role
Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Production or similar industries
Demonstrated experience providing HR advice to senior leadership teams
Experience working within a multi-functional organisation
Desire to contribute best-practise Human resources
Experience in managing, designing and developing broad range of HR including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations, strategic HR planning and change management
