HR Advisor

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join their team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation. You will be instrumental in contributing to the development of organisational capability strategies that enable the company to demonstrate performance excellence and service delivery innovation. Your expertise in strategic human resource management, leadership development, recruitment/selection and employee relations initiatives will be crucial in promoting a business culture strongly aligned with achieving organisational performance and continuous improvement. You will also have the opportunity to oversee key projects and initiatives across various HR disciplines.

• Contribute to transformation and cultural change through promoting established values.
• Oversee key projects and initiatives across various HR disciplines.
• Provide high level advice and support to managers on performance management processes.
• Understand and interpret employee relations legislation, policies/guidelines.
• Encourage an environment delivering high quality HR services.
• Maintain effective communication with diverse range of stakeholders.
• Develop effective recruitment and selection strategies.
• Contribute to the development of specific strategies for cultural improvements.
• Conduct research on leadership development issues.
• Build professional relationships with key stakeholders.
