Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of organisational capability strategies, promote a culture of performance excellence, and deliver innovative service delivery. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation. You will be instrumental in contributing to the development of organisational capability strategies that enable the company to demonstrate performance excellence and service delivery innovation. Your expertise in strategic human resource management, leadership development, recruitment/selection and employee relations initiatives will be crucial in promoting a business culture strongly aligned with achieving organisational performance and continuous improvement. You will also have the opportunity to oversee key projects and initiatives across various HR disciplines.

  • Contribute to transformation and cultural change through promoting established values.
  • Oversee key projects and initiatives across various HR disciplines.
  • Provide high level advice and support to managers on performance management processes.
  • Understand and interpret employee relations legislation, policies/guidelines.
  • Encourage an environment delivering high quality HR services.
  • Maintain effective communication with diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Develop effective recruitment and selection strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of specific strategies for cultural improvements.
  • Conduct research on leadership development issues.
  • Build professional relationships with key stakeholders.


What you bring:

The ideal Human Resources Advisor candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources management. Your ability to contribute to developing plans, strategies, team goals in a changing environment will be highly valued. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable you to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding sensitive matters. Your personal drive and integrity shine through your work ethic, demonstrating your commitment towards achieving organisational goals. Your highly developed interpersonal skills equip you with the ability to negotiate effectively, manage disputes/grievances resolution and advocate for best practices.
