Our client is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner with a strong HRBP generalist skillset. This role will be part of their corporate team, dealing with the complexities of white-collar work. Your key responsibilities will include enabling business leaders to enhance people experience, managing employee relations, providing advice, leading projects, and fostering leadership enablement. This is a six-week role where you will be supporting a Senior People Business Partner.

What you'll do:

  • Enable business leaders to enhance people experience
  • Manage employee relations effectively
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters
  • Lead HR-related projects efficiently
  • Foster leadership enablement within the organisation
  • Support the Senior People Business Partner in their duties
