Our client is seeking a Workforce Capability Lead to join their team in Brisbane. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of enterprise workforce strategies and plans, contributing to the vision of delivering trusted administration and excellent client service. The successful candidate will work within a team environment, defining, designing, and delivering organisational development initiatives that support strategic priorities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about driving organisational excellence.
Lead the design, development and delivery of organisational capability priority projects.
Provide expert advice and high-quality reports for senior management.
Promote workforce improvement activities that drive employee engagement.
What you'll do:
As a Workforce Capability Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of organisational capability priority projects, policies, and strategies. Your ability to prepare and coordinate project plans will be key to your success in this role. You will also provide expert advice to senior management, promoting workforce improvement activities that drive employee engagement. Your innovative thinking will enable you to identify and present quality process improvements. A significant part of your role will involve managing, negotiating, consulting, and building relationships with stakeholders.
Lead the design, development and delivery of organisational capability priority projects, policies and strategies.
Prepare and co-ordinate project plans, ensuring appropriate use of project management methodologies.
Provide expert advice and high-quality reports for senior management.
Promote workforce improvement activities that drive employee engagement.
Identify and present quality innovative process improvements.
Manage, negotiate, consult and build relationships with stakeholders.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Workforce Capability Lead position brings a strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, and capability development. Your highly developed communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to influence others and work collaboratively will be key in driving organisational excellence. In addition, your adaptability will allow you to thrive in a constantly changing environment. Your commitment to delivering quality outcomes within tight timeframes demonstrates your dedication to achieving organisational goals. While not mandatory, a relevant degree or postgraduate studies in a related discipline would be highly regarded.
Strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, capability development.
