HR Generalist
My client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Business Partner to join an established Australian and New Zealand business based in Erskine Park, New South Wales. This 6-8 weeks temporary position offers a dynamic work schedule with the flexibility of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The role will provide you the opportunity to work across the entire business, delivering high-quality HR support and advice.
Position: Senior HR Generalist
Location: Erskine Park, New South Wales (Parking available)
Employment Type: 6-8 weeks Temporary Placement
Start Date: ASAP (Monday, 7th April)
Work Schedule: 3 Days Office, 2 Days Home Working
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support to leaders and employees across the business, covering the full spectrum of HR services.
• Partner with managers on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives and help improve overall employee engagement and culture.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including managing complex employee relations cases, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with the business to ensure HR strategies are aligned with organisational goals.
Key Requirements:
• Strong HR Business Partner experience, with a proven track record of working across all areas of HR.
• Extensive experience in managing employee relations issues and providing advice on complex cases.
• MUST have experience working in Australia within an HR generalist or business partnering role.
• New Zealand experience is highly desired but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse workforce.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
