Senior HR Business Partner
As a Senior HRBP, you will provide full-cycle Human Resources support across various groups within the company. You will be part of a passionate country HR team, reporting directly to the Head of HR ANZ & SEA Countries. What you'll do:
- Engage with Leadership Teams while ensuring alignment of People topics across sectors and legal entities in the country.
- Partner with Managing Directors to highlight people implications aligned with the business direction, and deliver value added business solutions grounded in a deep understanding of the business context and needs.
- Enable employees, people managers and business leaders to address the employee relations dimension, among others, in line with HR strategy.
- Lead key HR projects to drive the plans for the respective businesses.
- Handle end-to-end HR value proposition, working across the full employee life cycle from strategy to execution.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive employee experience.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity and professional growth.
- Provide first line support to leaders to resolve performance, disciplinary and grievance issues as required.
What you bring:
- Proven experience (at least 7 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- In-depth understanding of HR best practices, ANZ employment laws, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to work successfully in a matrix organisation including a large variety of key stakeholders and their expectations.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively and communicating successfully in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment.
- Understanding and experience within a complex, global organisation is advantageous
