WHS & Fleet Coordinator
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, as the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing specialised higher-level advice and support to management and employees across the business, while leading and undertaking a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support to management and staff regarding contemporary human resources and industrial relations in line with People & Culture Strategy, HR Policy and Procedural framework and relevant Awards and Agreements
- Support the development and delivery of effective HR initiatives and projects in line with the organisations People & Culture goals
- Work effectively with Program Managers to coordinate and resolve employee relations issues
- Providing coaching, counselling, and career development to employees, along with conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations where required
- Provide advice on Award and Agreement interpretation and application
- Assist with the preparation of documentation associated with the negotiation of Enterprise agreements.
- Support and deliver training to employees
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with the organisations occupational health and safety procedures
Key Requirements
- Experience in generalist Human Resources role, partnering with client groups to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse and develop solutions and initiatives that add vale to the organisations people and culture goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to produce professionally written reports and documentation to deliver presentations
- Can interpret statutory documents and workplace legislation
- Current drivers' licence to travel between facilities
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
