- Lead the advancement of culture and capability deliverables outlined in the operational plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Foster effective relationships with external stakeholders such as professional development providers, coaching consultants, and public sector partners to enhance workforce capability.
- Support leadership and management development by designing and facilitating learning opportunities that build skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Champion action planning related to Working for Queensland survey results, translating feedback into practical strategies for workplace improvement.
- Guide employees through periods of transformative workplace change by providing empathetic support, clear communication, and resources that promote agility and innovation.
- Prepare high-quality briefs, employee communications, and engagement collateral tailored to diverse audiences within the organisation.
- Operate with a degree of independence to progress identified programmes of work while maintaining regular reporting lines to senior leadership.
