People and Culture Lead

As People & Culture Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind employee experience, engagement, and performance across a globally distributed team. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to leadership while rolling up your sleeves to deliver best-in-class HR practices across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Do.
- Lead end-to-end People & Culture operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner with senior leadership on people strategy, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Own and deliver recruitment processes, from role design through to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Design and implement onboarding and offboarding programs that strengthen engagement and retention.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, insights, and action planning.
- Lead performance review cycles and support managers with coaching and development conversations.
- Oversee global benefits, payroll inputs, and HR administration in partnership with Finance.
- Manage HR systems such as BambooHR and CultureAmp to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Plan and deliver company-wide events, wellbeing initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Lead internal communications including Town Halls and company updates.
- Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to foster a truly inclusive workplace.
- Oversee office operations, supplier management, and health and safety compliance.
What We’re Looking For.
- Proven experience in a People and Culture Lead or Business Partner role within a fast-growing or technology-driven environment.
- Strong end-to-end HR generalist capability with hands-on delivery across all core functions.
- Demonstrated success in building engaging, high-performing, and inclusive workplace cultures.
- Experience managing recruitment processes and delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Expertise in employee engagement strategies, performance frameworks, and learning and development initiatives.
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms and people analytics tools.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.
